Skylar the Sparkle Papillon

Dagger (Majime on DA) put a pair of sparkle papillons up for adoption a while back when she needed some cash. Papillons arent my favorite dogs in the world, but they are still really cute, and I adore how Dagger draws them. Owning her trademark species is a boon too.
Besides this guy is just adorable.

I havent done much with Skylar yet, but I really like him. He looks like such a rascal so I wanna make him a fun-loving dude and show him off when I can.
